As of a few minutes ago, Fastpath (and it's webchat component) 4.0.0 have been released.  Now, I know the version number might make you think that this is a major version update with a number of improvements/changes, and I apologize for that, but really the version is the way it is because we had conflicting versions of webchat vs fastpath and wanted to sync them up.

So what -is- new in this version?  One and only one thing, but it's an important thing!  =)  A number of XSS vulnerabilities were closed up!  So if you are running an existing version, I highly recommend upgrading to this release.
